RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the safe return and all carriage charges when returning products within the seven-day return policy. The item(s) will need to be sent fully insured up-to their full retail value.
Refunds will only be made using the original method of payment, i.e., Visa or Switch. All such items must be returned with the original receipt or payment slip. These terms do not cover consumable products.
Kits can be returned, but we have a non-return policy on any and all kits once they have been opened and started.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, custom BIX burners and gas tanks, or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for any gel fuel.
Please note, We are not a try before you buy. if you have ordered the incorrect item and/or you have decided you no longer want it we will not accept this as a return.
If your item is struggling to run on fuel gel we will also not accept returns for this reason.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is being returned due to being faulty, or any reason that was our fault, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
ALL returns are tested and checked before refunds are processed. If the item that has been returned DOES NOT match your return reason we WILL NOT refund and the item will need to be shipped back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
