Bix 028 brass methylated spirit burner intended for use with Wilesco steam engines, but can be used on many other engines.

Providing a simple and consistent heat source for running model engines. It uses methylated spirits and is designed to deliver steady, even heating without the need for complex adjustments.

Constructed from brass, the burner is durable and well-suited to regular use. Its straightforward design makes it easy to handle and maintain, whether you’re replacing an existing burner or keeping a spare on hand. It fits neatly with compatible Wilesco models and supports reliable day-to-day operation.

2 versions are available:

1. BIX 028: This burner replaces 80mm wilesco burners, and is suitable for the following Wilesco models – D8, D10, D101, D455, D52, D365, D375, D405, D415, D368, D310, D495. Can also be used in place of 01588 on D106, D305, D320, D366, D406, D409, D499, D456 Brass engines.
    
2. BIX 028L: This burner replaces 100mm wilesco burners, and is suitable for the following engines – D12, D14, D141, D16, and D161.
