We love rewarding our customers! Every time you shop with us online, you’ll earn loyalty points that can be used towards future purchases, and the more points you collect, the greater the rewards.

For every £2 you spend online, you’ll earn 1 loyalty point. Your points will build up with every purchase, so every order gets you closer to your next reward.
Redeem your points
Once you’ve collected points, you can redeem them at checkout. 10 loyalty points are worth £1, giving you an easy way to turn your points into savings.

- Spend £50 → earn 25 points → worth £2.50
- Spend £100 → earn 50 points → worth £5

Top Steamer Status explained
Once you’ve collected 250 loyalty points, you’ll have the option to use those points to unlock our Top Steamer tier.

This means you can choose how to use your points:
Use your points for savings
Redeem your points at checkout, where 10 points = £1.
Or unlock Top Steamer
Use 250 points to unlock 12 months of 5% off Bix, Wilesco and Oxford Diecast products.
Once Top Steamer is unlocked via your account, all Bix, Wilesco and Oxford Diecast products will show in the shop with the 5% discount added, so you know exactly what you’re saving before adding the item to your basket.
Once your Top Steamer year ends, you can collect another 250 points and unlock the tier again.
